A lot of stuff is broken in the hotel only one tiny thin blanket the heater didn't even work in the room light switches I had to unplug by hand because they wouldn't turn off by switch and it was extremely noisy

It is definitely in need of updating, it is old and tired, it did in a pinch though, I am happy though that I found a room in short notice due to flight disruption. Would probably stay here again and hope for better rate. Stayed in summer 2024 and it was pricey!!!!!!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience. The hotel was advertised as a 3-star property, but the reality did not meet even a 2-star standard. According to the booking information, the room rate was supposed to include both parking and pet fees. However, upon arrival, I was charged an additional $10 for parking and $50 to bring my pet, even though these fees were stated as being included in the room rate. This feels like clear misrepresentation. Additionally, while the pool was accessible, the water was extremely cold, making it unusable. Other issues included the poor quality of amenities: there was no liquid soap, the solid soap provided was of low quality, and the carpeted floors smelled strongly of pet urine, indicating inadequate cleaning. A non-carpeted floor would allow for better cleaning in pet-friendly rooms. Also, breakfast was nothing more than a small packet containing cake, apple, and juice that had to be picked up from a table near the reception. Overall, this stay was far from worth the $240 I paid, as I could have rented a much better room for a lower price elsewhere. I would appreciate it if you could review this complaint, and I kindly request some form of compensation for this disappointing experie
