"Check in was a breeze and the staff who helped me was wonderful. It was a busy time in the hotel, due to the Guangzhou Conference, the staff noted my request in english for a room with a view ( my mum has mobility issues, and would be spending more time in the room). "the staff were sweet and helpful and i dont speak chinese. it made me feel at home where i can be safe. i lost my key card and they replaced it without any hassle or fee. the cleaning lady was the sweetest ensuring i had new water every day. its very close to the convention centre and the value is amazing. i hope i can come back again to royal star apartments. 🍀🙏🍀"

Fantastic Hotel - not close to expo centre

"I stayed here as it was close to the trade centre, turns out it isn't and its a 20/30min walk and the hotel doesn't have a bus service so I had to get a taxi or walk to get to the expo centre. On the positive side the hotel and hotel staff were amazing and couldn't do more to help. "
