"location is good. The property is little old. In addition some guesses smoke in the hotel hallway (room has smoke detector). Stinks "

"The hotel is excellent, it seems as if you are in Versailles. The concierge Aaron is very helpful, but the rest of the staff is a bit undertrained and speak VERY little English. I came for the Canton Fair and it is very far away, they have one bus that goes at first time in the morning and comes back to the hotel when the fair closes. For the rest of the transportation you have to take a bus to the metro station and then use the metro."

"More can be done for the cleanliness. There were a few stains on towels. Floor was carpeted but you can see that the edges and corners were not cleaned with lots of dust. However, for 3 pax, we get a big space with living room and 2 bedrooms. We like the space for the price. Nearby not many dining options but were grateful to have at least a convenience shop and a bakery downbstairs where we can get coffee and freshly-made bread and croissants."

"Old facilities, check in counters are temporary only . Room is small. Staff is not very helpful when room is not available, instead of sending my luggage to room when available, my luggage is checked at concierge and mixed other luggage ready to leave . So later when I came back , I have to repeat the check in process again plus locating checked luggage. It could have been frictionless but hotel decided to have guest themselves take care of everything "
