"The hotel was difficult for the taxi driver to find. If I'd had time I would have browsed for a hotel nearer the Centre and got to the airport via the subway instead. Left too early to try the cafe - but it looked inviting. Air con didn't work well and produced a dusty/burning smell. Corridors pretty scruffy and in need of a clean/renovation. Staff were lovely and professional."

"The three nights I spent there, I found the staff to be very cooperative, helping and courteous. Although they were quite limited in English yet they did what they could to help us, which is really appreciable. Breakfast was included in the package and first day they allowed kids to have breakfast with us but remaining days they insisted that kids were not included and I had to buy the coupons for 15.00 Yuans each/breakfast. Overall, I could recommend it to a friend."

"If you have any standards please do NOT book this hotel! went from bad to worse as soon as we checked in!!!! the damp was unreal, the mould on the wall was everywhere, even the wall paper was coming off! after we checked in we soon checked out after only a 2 hour stay want was meant to be 6 days!!! PLEASE PLEASE do not book here as you will be 100% disappointed!!!"
