Xiao Luo and Xiao Lai in the restaurant was very polite when I asked to pack some food to go for my daughter because she’s sick and was staying in the room. Five stars for service to all the staffs"

"Upon check in was told i hv to pay breakfast for extra pax even though i booked n paid extra for all with breakfast. Toilet door spoilt, cannot be open, response was fast n they changed lock. Also fix another toilet door difficult to close. Breakfast was good but we do not want to pay breakfast everyday for extra pax due to Miscommunication between agent n hotel, location was also good. Hope to hear good news from hotel.com"
