"I arrived from a long trip from Canada at 8am, the room wasn’t ready but the gentlemen et the reception gave me accès to a shower at the Gym. At 11am I came to check if my room would be available( and they are rarely) an yes it was. The staff at front desk, bellboy, luggage storage, restaurant and gym where all very nice and helpful.
