"Daniel on reception was excellent on check in. Room was surprisingly quiet, very comfortable bed."

"My partner and I stayed here for our anniversary as we wanted to be out and about in London. I was greeted by friendly, warm staff, excellent customer service. The rooms were small but clean & comfortable, TV worked fine, the heater was hoooot and lovely on a cold night. We were greeted leaving & coming in, it felt safe. We parked overnight for £10 It was a good experience, we would use them again "

"Rooms were very good with great beds etc the 1 thing that put us back was the £50 per room deposit (as business travellers we had 2 separate rooms making it £100 they put on hold from your bank) you do get the money back after on average a week and I would stay here again if working in the area "

"The hotel is in excellent location, just across the Northfield Train Station. It is kept immaculately clean and the staff are very friendly. They need however to improve on their breakfast menu. It is a little bit spartan. "

"Front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly. Location is super close to the Swiss Cottage Underground stop. Room was clean and cozy. Small lift available if you can't do stairs which was very helpful with luggage. "
