"Santos was excellent at the pool. Prompt and attentive. I have stayed at this resort and many other Excellence resorts previously and it was always one of my favorites. I noticed that the quality has definitely dropped. Dining options have been reduced with the lunch buffet being eliminated and many restaurants being closed.
