My partner and I loved this property. The swim up room is always a plus for me. The party pool was a great time and good music! For an all-inclusive, the staff was very responsive, and we didn't have to wait super long for room service. We definitely enjoyed ourselves! This was my first time in Mexico and I was not disappointed!!! The staff is so nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious and beds are very comfy. I loved all the food options every day, though did have to wait about an hour to get into dinner every night so make sure you go before you're hungry. Resort is a short jaunt from the airport so you won't have long going to terminal to paradise. The resort is tucked away so there aren't any beach vendors making it a peaceful retreat! We also got a couples massage paired with the hydrotherapy that was an excellent addition to an already relaxing vacation.

The most incredible vacation I’ve even been on. My husband and I travelled with a group of friends and we were all very happy with our stay. My husband and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary and they made us feel very special. We will return.

We felt very safe around the property. Excellent service and food! The accommodations excellent. It is a liveky resort with great entertainment, lots of variety. Only complaint was we are karaoke singers and was looking forward to the karaoke nights, only issue was the night was not even 2 hours with staff singing more than the guests. The staff very good singers but it is karaoke and should be for the guests. I have never been to a karaoke where hosts sing that much. Other than that excellent resort that is fun and lively if you are looking for that vibe.

This is my third time going amd I will be back in March for my fourth. The food is excellent, the staff are absolutely incredible, so personable, friendly, attentive, and fun. If there was a shortcoming, it's the wifi, which really isn't that much of a bother but for those who require it, your room.is the best spot.

Beautiful ocean view though the water right at the beach is kind of dirty looking—not really what I expected for Cancún area. Very nice room, but the Excelerate rooms are apparently near the loud daytime DJs. Exhale rooms seemed to be a more chill vibe.

i found the property to be too loaud in the daytime. i was under the impression that we would be in the quieter area, when asked if we could be moved it was not possible as sold out. food was ok but not great at some restaurants. staff was nice.

Enjoyed the swim out pool and the room. Beach was ok, not great. Service was awesome. Shoutout to Sommelier Ramirez and Freda. Had dinner in Wine Room with them and it was great!
