Best room I've ever stayed in, it was the private villa. Staff was great. We had a couple of issues like we got a wake up call at 4 am we didn't request, they didn't refill our shower soap or little towels, our room service order was messed up twice, there weren't a lot of vegan options at the buffet, there weren't enough serving spoons at the buffet so the cross contamination was wild. A lot of little details went wrong that shouldn't have since we were staying at the VIP villas. The facilities were absolutely amazing. The staff tried to make everything right after the fact. Our butler service was the best! The dinner restaurants were delicious, especially the hibachi one.

Service was great, very clean, very prompt and friendly staff, lots of options for food, pools, drinks, atmospheres. Like any resort, only reason to remove a star was for the food. It’s hard to have several restaurants and produce high quality food across the board, undstansable, but I would rate food alone anywhere from 5-7 out of 10. Occasional good food item but not consistent.

You will not find anywhere better than what you will have it at the Grand. Luis, Mauro, Alexander, Ruben, and Antonio were our Butlers. Amazing. Christian was our server every day at the buffet and remembered our preferences and had them without asking. Armando who barbecued at the pool every day was such a good guy and was such a nice treat at the pool. Jorge was great at the front and helped with transportation anywhere we needed. Aunice, the manger of La Breza was great as well. Was at the resort for 8 days and not one single issue with anyone on staff. So many hidden little gems on this property that it is somewhere we are already planning our return! Thanks for setting the bar so high and cant wait to see our second family again! Anyone complaining about this staff or this place are just complainers and looking for something free in my opinion.
