"I was travelling my motorbike and they very kindly let me park in an enclosed yard at the back. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Both the public areas and the room were clean and modern. "A very enjoyable stay, enhanced by spacious accommodation, excellent food and local cask beers and very pleasant staff. A slight downside was the lack of a bell on the unmanned reception when we arrived to check in or have breakfast and the rather confusing breakfast table with a sign encouraging us to 'help ourselves' to juices and cereals whilst waiting for a cooked breakfast, but then being charged for them.
