"Staff was nice and courteous… I understand the why behind not allowing pets or ESA in a somewhat “newly” renovated facility, but thats what a pet deposit or fee is for. BW is known for being pet friendly but not this one. Struggled to find a last minute place for my son and daughter’s ESA since they did not accept pets. And not sure why they refer to them as “false pets”…"

"I called up early and asked if they could have a handicap in or one on the bottom level and they lined that up and then an hour before we arrived I called to ask what the room number was so I could be dropped off in front of the room and they gave that to me which is very nice again and the room was comfortable and clean and is that a good night sleep"

"I was about to give them 5 stars, because the value is really good compared with the typical Vegas-hotel. However there’s only one important aspect that I wish they had taken care of: the bed! It’s not the most uncomfortable, but since bedsheets are low quality, it’s too obvious that it’s a cheap bed where is difficult to rest. Everything else is good. The price, the 24 hrs coffee, and the in-room fridge (many Vegas hotels don’t have fridges in the rooms) make this hotel an excellent option to...

"They don't tell you you can't park anywhere, and that you have to walk 2 blocks because of construction. We couldn't change our reservation even though we made it within 24 hrs. My Mom is 77 years old, and there was not one mention of parking and walking 2 blocks"

"Premium tower room was attractive, clean, comfortable bed, desk with power. Only problem was that $150 deposit was actually charged to my card rather than just pending, and went onto my monthly bill. Fortunately it was refunded within a few days of checking out and deducted from bill balance before due. Better if deposits are only pending. Staff was friendly and helpful. "
