"Reception a little slow, always seemed to be in the restaurant area. Room was larger than average for central London which is a positive. As is the location, a few minutes walk from Victoria. Room temperature was an issue and adjusting thermostat didn’t seem to make a difference. As a regular traveller to London I probably wouldn’t stay here again, certainly better options available for the cost of the stay."

"If you’re looking for a perfect location, this hotel is walking distance from Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, The Eye, Parliament and Westminster Abbey and so much more! The staff was amazing, from Dominick at the front desk and Ariana in the dining area, when we come back we’d definitely stay there again! The only issue is the firm bed, but other than that a great hotel! "

"I stayed in the tiny room, which was really well designed with the bathroom in what looked like a cupboard from the outside. It was comfortable and very clean. Good location close to victoria but it wasnt on a busy road so i slept well. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. "
