When we arrived the shower and sink were not draining, initially the staff didn't appear to appreciate the importance of the issue but it was actually resolved within a few hours. I think it was just a communication gap that caused me some unnecessary frustration. This was quickly resolved and all else was good. I stayed here for 1 full week as part of my visit to London for the marathon, the location is not centric but easily and quickly accessible to all the sights. Great value, no thrills.

Great value for money. Generally it was a great place. A little drafty at times through the window but a great place to just put down your head. Very good value for money. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

There were multiple issues in regards to cleanliness, my first room had hairs that were not mine on the bedsheets, hairs and dirt all over the floors as if they hadn’t been vacuumed in years, and the 2nd room I got moved to was breaking down (bathroom handle broke off upon grabbing it, window floors have been used and abused, and towels are fairly dirty. The staff were nice and helpful however they adhered to they’re non refund policy even when the condition of the room is not as advertised which should be a typical refund policy.

Affordable, clean hotel with friendly staff and good housekeeping. Close to Victoria line so easy to travel around Central London to Brixton south of the river. Could have offered some small items such as shower caps, toothpaste etc whether free or with a small charge. Would stay there again.
