"The Malmaison was a lovely little get away for a night as a couple, nothing bad to say really other than sad no upgrade options were available when we checked in and the light in the room was broken so was quite dark. Plus side cheeky little Ferrero Rocher left for us and robes which was a nice touch "

"Lovely 2 night stay! Room was big, warm and comfortable with a king size bed. Bathroom also big and spotless. Breakfast was delicious with great choice of food. Staff very friendly and, even though under pressure the first morning as so busy, remained calm and very friendly. Would definitely stay again"
