"On arrival greeted well and check in seamless. Lift to room was in need of some tlc. The room was initially ok without doing a four in a bed style check. On returning in the evening when i went for s shower the complementary body wash had been topped up with water not what you'd expect at all. During the night the lights within the wardrobe kept going on and off the bulbs making odd buzzing sounds. I did report this on leaving but the room attendant didnt appear to understand me. "Nice, comfy hotel in a great accessible location in Dundee. Really enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and had a great night’s sleep. Only detractor to the ground floor double room that we stayed in was a slightly creaky hallway, which let in a bit of noise during the day / morning. This wasn’t an issue at night and didn’t affect the stay much at all! Thanks to the staff for making the stay a comfortable one!"

"The drive up to the hotel is beautiful with a grand entrance. Check in was perfect. The main dining and lounge areas are very relaxing and welcoming with helpful staff. The rooms are a little tired and extremely warm which made it a little uncomfortable but didnt ruin the trip. Breakfast was really good with a great selection. We also dined in the lounge and, whilst not a great selection, what we had was delicious. Overall, it was a great two night stay and great value too."

"Only stayed one night, however what we experienced was excellent. Very clean and fresh. We had an issue with the TV which couldn’t be resolved, staff were great and immediately moved us rooms, can’t fault this hotel and will definitely return in the future."
