"definitely one of our favorite places to stay in Vietnam, the peacefulness, harmony with the local people and the small lake with swans, ducks, gish, etc. combined with nutritious/delicious including “vegetarian” food, service with a smile and a constant attitude of pleasing the hotel guests make for a fabulous stay! "Amazing hotel. The grounds are so pretty. The rooms are awesome and pretty comfy. The staff are super kind and friendly. Breakfast was pretty good, there are limited choices but they cook to order as to not waste food. Free bicycle rental makes for a nice trip around the nearby sites. "

"Staff are friendly and resourceful. Since the resort has been operated for a couple of months, we cannot expect anything more regarding the choices of food for breakfast, rooms, and other amenities. Everything still met our expetations though. The front desk staff made me satisfied with the service that we got our room even earlier than it should be (4 hours earlier without any charges). Fruits and beverages in the room are all complimentary, breakfast is out of this world!!! "

"We had a really great experience at Hang Mua Eco Garden. The hosts are really lovely people. Helped us with every request we had. The food was terrific, and the view was absolutely gorgeous. It's the best hotel we've been on in Vietnam. Highly recommend!"

"The family that owns this hotel are the sweetest people on earth. Check in was so smooth. They were more than ready to be of service and had great suggestions for tours to do around the area. Our room was very spacious, beds are so comfortable. "

"The staff there were so nice. The property itself is stunning, nice and quiet but there is access to food nearby. Breakfast had decent options and the goat soup with scorched rice I ordered for room service was incredible. It is not too far from main attractions and since transportation from Grab or scooter is an option, it makes it pretty easy. I would definitely come back here again"

"Friendly staff and big clean room. Breakfast was ok. Hotel was abit far from the walking street, more than 10 minutes walk. Really disappointed with their air conditioning. We cannot set the temperature in our room. We called reception few time throughout the night to set the temperature cooler and they cannot do it. We couldn’t sleep the whole night as the room was warm and sticky. Lucky it winter can’t imagine how hot it will be in summer "

"We were three sisters and a daughter and booked to stay at this hotel on our return from Halong Bay prior to flying home. We wanted to stay somewhere in the old Quarter. So thrilled we Chose this boutique hotel. We felt we were welcomed into a family. The welcome we got at reception was excellent. Thankyou Anna. The paper with vietnamese translations. And also what the different foods were was so helpful. Thankyou Anna for all your advice and help with restaurant bookings even sending one of your staff to the pharmacy to translate for us. Above & beyond. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. Reminded me of hotels I've stayed in in Paris. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices. Would definitely recommend this hotel to those preferring a smaller more personalised place. Would stay here again."

"Royal Palace located in the Old Quarter. It's a new hotel, clean and pleasant. The rooms are big , modern, clean ,with all the facilities you need and the buffet breakfast is fresh and tasty. The day manager, Jimmi is professional ,helpful, patient and caring. He assisted us a lot during our stay without pushing anything and provided us with very good advices and options. We felt at hoom and our stay there was wonderful. "
