"When we arrived to check into our prepaid studio apartment, they had no available room for us. "A serious problem was when we arrived at the reception, there was no one there and it was the night guard and a resident who helped us, but we lost 3 hours until they located my reservation. I arrived at 11:30 pm and only managed to get in at 3:30 am."

"Everything is very new. So, it was very clean but it still had that "fresh paint" smell a bit. While my room was very clear, and well stocked, it was a bit small for a Deluxe room. The staff were absolutely wonderful with excellent English skills."

"stay on the 7th floor which have no lift, got to climb stairs as lift only up to 6th floor. Night time can hear the machinery sound of the lift plus the sound from the night bar just right beside the hotel. Have rat eat the snacks in the room,already told the staff about it but they seems like do not understand or just ignore it and charge me for the snacks when we check out. Overall experience is not good. Not recommended."
