"I have nothing but only great things to say about this hotel! My son who is three, woke up sick at 3 AM and threw up all over our sheets. I called up housekeeping and informed them, and they sent someone up within 10 minutes. They did not charge us extra and for that I’m so thankful. I lost my key card, and informed the reception, and they gave me a new one without any extra charge. The USB ports were not working, call the reception and they sent a technician up very quickly and got it fixed...

"Although the room is small, it is functional and clean. The restaurant for breakfast is well-designed with an open deck and serves delicious cuisine. On top of that, there are many dining options within walking distance. I wish I could have slippers in the room."

"Location was good, however, the hotel was dated and underwhelming. It was not very clean and there were bugs (ant like in the rooms). This was a budget hotel so I recognize it is not a Hilton, however, I did expect a bit better. "

"Enjoyed our stay at Pan Pacific Service suites. Orchard Singapore. It was right in the centre easy shopping, staff very polite and always helpful and respected our needs. We had a late checkout as our flight back to England was at 20:55 and we were never charged for this. Overall we loved it and one day we will be back."
