While the location is nice, and the property itself has a lot of potential, the experience was disappointing due to a lack of basic services and communication issues. Firstly, there was no housekeeping at all during my entire stay, which was frustrating and left the room feeling neglected. "In terms of clearness and condition of the apartment was quite bad. It is not old and it would be great if the owner put more effort on maintain the place better. In regards the check-in was even worse as we never received an email informing the procedure and we have to wait for over an hour when we arrived to the place to see who can help us. There was no reception or a proper person to ask about it."
