"The hotel is in the perfect location, it was easy to walk to all main areas. 5min walk to Jalan Alor about 7mins to the Pavillion etc. We stayed in a Premier Suite, which had a fantastic view. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was a good size, it also has a full kitchen, but we only used the fridge and needed the microwave once, but it was nice having the space, and best of all it was very clean. The renovation of the hotel is grand but lack of some details: i.e. hard to find electric outlet for hairdryer and shower door could not close properly. All other things about the hotel are good."
