I almost lost my mind as I have a phobia about roaches. I informed the manager. He apologized and told me to put it in the feedback. So here it is. "

"The hotel is in the perfect location, it was easy to walk to all main areas. 5min walk to Jalan Alor about 7mins to the Pavillion etc. We stayed in a Premier Suite, which had a fantastic view. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was a good size, it also has a full kitchen, but we only used the fridge and needed the microwave once, but it was nice having the space, and best of all it was very clean. "The location was very good, all staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very close to Petronas Towers, just a short walk away. Hop on hop off bus was just around the corner, stop number 8, well worth a 2 day pass."
