"We enjoyed this stay so much! The rooms were very clean and the service was perfect. We very much enjoyed the restaurant Bacchus downstairs as well as room service on the balcony attached to the room. The jet tub in the room was nice but could have been a tad bigger to fit two people comfortably."

"Overall my stay was pretty good. The bed was comfy and the sheets were silky smooth. I always love a robe and slippers. Location is great, very walkable, close to every type of cuisine you might want, and a fair price for the room. I was surprised that they didn’t have a bar or restaurant and there is no dining room service. Also, I could hear everything happening in the hallway from inside my room. "Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Location was great. Walked to the Yaletown dock and took the Aquabus to Granville. Could use the option to stream or at least movies to rent. TV options were bad. Also could use plugs on the light between the beds so you can charge phones there. "

"The waiters were very rude, they kept making fun of what we ate and thought we didn't speak English and they told bad jokes to each other, I don't know if it was racism, it could have been incredible but we really felt sad because we went there to relax and de-stress and it was the opposite. The only thing I would like is that they train the staff more, and try to maintain a standard of supervising the cleaning, my 5 year old son found a dirty and stiff sock under the bed and there was hair in the bed and bathtub, we thought that because it was a 4 star hotel everything would be different. We were kind all the time, it was unfortunate that the waiters were not."
