"The front desk people are amazing…very accommodating, helpful, and polite. The restaurant is charming, elegant but comfortable. The staff is attentive. The live music is very enjoyable and the volume is perfect…not too loud …so that you can still have conversation. The food is great. The expresso martinis are NOT good. "This property was so easy to get to using public transport from Victoria. I love the aromas of the public market, and choices for a quick meal. The room was very large and had a little patio with an view of the water. The complimentary hot breakfast was generous and there were healthy options available. I enjoyed my meal overlooking the ocean and downtown."

"Great location, short walk to the skytrain for easy access downtown whilst staying in a place with lighter traffic and easy, ample and cheap uncovered parking. Staff were very friendly and there’s an upscale appearance to the property in most areas. My only complaint is that I stayed in a suite designed to sleep 4, had cup/cutlery for 4, tons of extra tissues/TP ect but they only give you one tiny conditioner/shampoo for the whole room"

"The only negative thing that I can say about this property is the parking. Yes, you can pay for valet parking, which is a premium, or you can pay the flat daily rate. The issue is this area is a destination for shopping, dining and other things. I came back two out of six nights and couldnt park my car until people left the area when businesses closed for the evening. Otherwise, I liked this place and would consider it again on my next trip."

"I chose the hotel for its location - walking distance from an event I was participating in. It was convenient, though I was disappointed that my non-Tesla electric car could not take advantage of the charging station, which was Tesla-only. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and positive."

"Reaĺly enjoyed our stay for the 2 nights. Hotel is wrll situated for Downtown Events. Seems like a lot of renovation work is ongoing on parts of the Property. But room was great, quiet, clean well upkept. We eill be back when another Event is on in Vancouver. Thank you and all the Staff. "
