"Love the worlpool, pool, great to do a few laps early in the morning and enjoy the worlpool at night .the rooms are really nice and confortable. I appreciate the fact that I can get a snack late in the evening Wish check out would be 12 instead of 11. Second time I stay here over night wen I travel . Employees are professional and friendly. "The staff were a pleasure and did everything the could and then some to ensure a lovely stay. We had a small complication (unrelated to the hotel) and a particular staff member (I did not get her name) went above and beyond to assist us and made things just that much better. We have a family “staycation” every year just before Christmas and have been going to the Chateau Laurier often then tried the Weston and then this time the Lord Elgin. It is safe to say we will be returning to this location annually at a minimum to continue to our tradition. "
