"Charming little gem! Wish I'd known about this place 3 years ago! Great breakfast included. All you could want in a spotless, reasonably-priced, comfortable Inn downtown... bar fridge with freezer, microwave, coffeemaker & coffee & creamers... all the right touches, including a cozy, cotton bathrobe!! Older, but excellent... like a fine wine. Even has some limited underground parking--an absolute must in the Canadian winter, for this gal with mobility problems. 24-hour concierge... felt...

"The property was very nice with several options for dinning, and quick breakfast with a Starbucks coffee shop located inside the hotel. Staff were wonderful and very efficient to respond to additional requests for our room (extra blankets). Only thing that was missing was a microwave in our room however when we asked the front desk where we could find one on our last evening, they brought one to our room. Wish we would have known about that option upon arrival. Otherwise, a wonderful stay....

"Love the worlpool, pool, great to do a few laps early in the morning and enjoy the worlpool at night .the rooms are really nice and confortable. I appreciate the fact that I can get a snack late in the evening Wish check out would be 12 instead of 11. Second time I stay here over night wen I travel . Employees are professional and friendly. Will come back"

"The staff were a pleasure and did everything the could and then some to ensure a lovely stay. We had a small complication (unrelated to the hotel) and a particular staff member (I did not get her name) went above and beyond to assist us and made things just that much better. We have a family “staycation” every year just before Christmas and have been going to the Chateau Laurier often then tried the Weston and then this time the Lord Elgin. It is safe to say we will be returning to this location annually at a minimum to continue to our tradition. "
