"Chose this hotel to spend a night in the city for my daughters birthday. They really wanted to stay with a pool and hot tub. After arriving at the property we realized that the hot tub as featured on Expedia no longer existed. This was very disappointing as that was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The staff at the front desk was very nice but when I called for an extra bath towel as we had 5 in a room and they only stock 4 towels, the staff who answered wasnt the nicest. Breakfast...

"My wife and I had to pull off in Cornwall due to a severe snowstorm. The Ramada was conveniently located near a Walmart and several restaurants that made our evening much more manageable. The staff was very friendly and the room was actually very nice. My only complaint was, I woke up early to take a shower, And despite my running the hot water for about five minutes, it never really got warm, and therefore, the shower was pretty uncomfortable."

"Great stay for our family! The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for us and our 2 kids. Pool was a little cool for me but the kids loved it. Great neighborhood, super close to everything including the canal for skating. Everything was clean, mini kitchenette was very handy too. Overall 10/10. "
