"This is the first time sharing a bathroom and it wasn’t very nice. The room was so hot. The first time was able to cover up the register the second time I couldn’t find the register but looked under the bed and it was just disgusting."

"Very clean room with all appliances in perfect working order. A/c was easy to adjust to the required temperature. Rather average free breakfast. Unfortunately, when large groups of sport teams arrive, only paper plates and plastic knives and forks are supplied, which are very flimsy. "The gold level is undergoing renovations and the temporary space is just okay. Some of the iced beverages are held in an old sink and it’s just okay compared to before. I stay here a lot but they do not give me allcor points for booking on Expedia and they also do not recognize my ‘level’ even though I stay there at times 4 days a week, 3 out of 4 months a month. I’ve been exploring other hotels as a result. If I book through them, the charge me more than Expedia. "

"I stayed in a suite, it was beautiful and the kitchenette has everything we needed in it. We also had a balcony with a great view, I just wish it wasn’t snowing so we could use it. All in all, our stay was great, and I would definitely stay again! "
