"My overall stay was great-the staff was friendly and helpful-they helped me with information and get me a taxi after my stay- What I didn't like or say disappointed -when I was checking out I see a notice that they doing afternoon tea-I wish they would have either left a note in my room about it or made the notice bigger so you can see it better they just a note at the desk- The shower in my room was very small-I managed -but I was there for nine nights wasn't fun-but the single deluxe room was a nice size compared to other single rooms I stayed out at other London hotels The location is perfect -a block away from 2 tube stations-restaurants -places for coffee -grocery stores-across the street from kensington park and palace- I will stay here again -but, look to book a bigger room-"

"A lovely hotel in a quiet location. Rooms well appointed and very clean. Great breakfast!!! My only criticism is my lower ground floor room didn’t have curtains as it had glass that was patterned so people couldn’t see in, but I would have liked to black out the light. Didn’t ask for a room change as it wasn’t a big deal for me!"
