"The stay was awful, the room was in a basement that smelt damp, and of gas, the bed was well past its sell date, and the basement area outside the window was filthy and smelt and had a sewer. the room was noisy even though we were told it was a quiet room, and a regular guest always books it, and at 9pm we were going to leave and sleep in the car, but a new chap on reception gave us a nicer room, never again will we book this hotel, there were plenty of empty rooms, but shaun on reception said...
