"The service in breakfast not good attention to detail and slow. Coffee was cold but replaced when asked. Hotel room not cleaned just bed made and clean towels. Stain from wine bottle not cleaned off coffee table on either day "

"Very much felt like a 5 star experience. Hotel was immaculate, rooms were enormous with full walk-in closet and heated tile. There was turn down service each night. Appreciated Dyson hairdryer with attachments. Sadly did not take advantage of the free breakfast but it looked lovely. Hotel was very convenient to National Gallery, Trafalgar Square, Covent Gardens etc in a beautifully maintained and quiet area"

"The property was very nice and the staff present but not overbearing. Cleaning was provided every day and was superb. Right next door to the Tower of London and a tube station. We stayed in a two bath double room and it was very spacious and nice"

"Extraordinarily decorated for Christmas--magical and festive. Staff was outstanding--especially Bibi in helping us with transportation, reservations and a tremendous amount of inquiries. Warm and gracious hospitality. Very close to Covent Garden and the Underground to shopping and restaurants. Easy to walk over Waterloo Bridge to the Old Vic Theater, London Eye and more. Restaurants at the Savoy were also amazing. Our experience over Christmas could not have been better!"
