"My favorite place that we stayed in Japan - super big room with lots of floor space and there are lots of amenities. They were super helpful with luggage forwarding and also give you coins for free sake shots which was cool. Very clean and loved the washer /dryer in the room."

"This is a beautiful hotel in a convenient location, a few minutes walk to the subway and a bus stop a minute away. It is also easy to walk to other areas of the city like Gion and Nishiki market. The room was quiet and comfortable. I did have a problem with the AC not being sufficient to cool the room at first but it was fixed when I brought it to the staff's attention. I also enjoyed the room amenities (pajamas, etc) and the onsen. "
