"The hotel is clean, great, direct access to the beach. The room, although clean felt a bit small, but comfortable nevertheless. Located centrally to all the go to locations in St Augustine. The only downside, the dryers are stained with crayon and it aill stain your clothes, otherwise the laundry facility is free of charge. Will return and next time will book a full beach view. "

"Overall it is a ok place, it is near the tourists attractions, but far enough away to avoid most of the crowds. You will get your steps in staying here. Be aware that the train tracks are right behind the hotel, our room was in the front of the hotel, so it was never a problem. The shower is nice sized, the water is hot, but lacked pressure. But let me tell you about the hidden gem in this hotel.... the Columbian restaurant De Leon....OMG AMAZING!!!! You will have to wait for a table, but trust...

"Location and staff were great. Property has not aged well on the exterior and in the rooms. The restaurant, bar and lobby look to have been renovated in the past 5 - 10 years, but the rooms and exterior were dated and dirty."

"I found this place last minute because the reservation I had made to another hotel did not go through. When I got to this hotel, property manger Erica was at the front desk and mentioned there were no rooms available except for one that had not been cleaned yet. Erica quickly cleaned the room herself for me to stay at within 30 mins, despite guests coming in and out of the office every 3 minutes. The room was clean, appliances worked and its in a great spot too!"

"Great experience. Only issue was when we got there, instructions before arrival were emailed to me detail, once onsite instructions give didnt match up to when we had to do. Door didnt have keypad to enter code given to us, and to make call to for further instructions. Once we wasted a hour are stay was as described. Enjoyable week "
