"We arrived too early to check in but were still welcomed. The lady at the desk booked us tickets for the tram and called them to send someone to pick us up.We left the car in the hotel car park. Our room was fine with a comfy bed and the softest pillows imaginable. We used the free transport provided for a trip to and from the beach and leaving the car at the hotel wasn't a problem, even though we had checked out. Wonderful service! "
