Very happy with the room, bed comfortable. I really liked the indirect lighting behind the headboard. Breakfast area clean, consistently replenished. I do feel that 10$/day for parking is unnecessary, especially in a quiet season.

everything about the Hotel was nice except when I got home to view my bill they had charged me $10.70 to park which was ridiculous because there was parking galore. No one at desk mentioned there would be a charge for parking!

This property appears to be brand new and the rooms are immaculate. The location is not really Old Town St Augustine (3-4 miles north), but this is a great value for the price. My only quibble is the surprise $10 per day parking charge.
