I always stay at Margaritaville Jax Beach when I’m there for Mayo Clinic appts. My only continued complaint is lack parking & no other choice but paid valet. This last stay our cold water faucet in the bathroom wasn’t working. Otherwise, beautiful property with friendly, helpful staff on a gorgeous beach.

King corner oceanfront room ($325 a night) had roaches, pillows were absolutely disgusting and smelled like puke, sand all over the floor, balcony and in bed. Ac didn’t work. Moved rooms and was told because I booked through a 3rd party they couldn’t compensate for even one night. Place is colorful and beautiful to the eye, pool was nice, restaurant and bar are nice. Had to park on the street and hope we could find a spot each day to prevent the $30 per day parking fee that’s valet only. My first and last time staying at a margaritaville resort.
