"Spacious clean room. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. Large bathroom with two sinks and lots of counter space. Only a 15 minute walk to the Hell’s Valley entrance. Bus station across the hotel. "

"The hotel collect Yen300 per person/ nite as Onsen tax, whether or not you use the onsen which i tot is absurd! Those who dont use the onsen, its 'free' money to the hotel. Other than this, the hotel is located in a prime spot! Paking is not withink the hotel but opposite the hotel, an open carpark."

"The cuisine was outstanding as was the view. The only slight would be the private onsen on our balcony was wooden and had a very slimy feel to our feet upon getting in. "

"Beautiful property and hotel with amazing views all around. The staff was wonderful with great hospitality. Very good breakfast on site as well which I recommend adding to your stay as it’s far to the main town to get breakfast. Only small criticism is the WiFi was substandard for a property with so much focus on the details. Was difficult to connect to and stay connected to."
