"The location is amazing. The WiFi was spotty at best. The HVAC system was the biggest issue. I like to sleep in a cold room. The AC was turned off for the season. It got up to 80 degrees one day and there was no AC. I was offered a fan. The windows opened slightly so I was able to get some fresh air, however the street noise was very loud with the windows open, even with the fan. "It is an older property, but I saw NO bugs of any kind and the room was updated with the TV on a moveable mount and a waterfall shower with excellent pressure. The room was small but I was alone so it worked out. The hotel is across the street from Lincoln Center and the transportation options were AWESOME!!! New York is amazing and from this location EVERYTHING was right THERE!!! Times Square, Central Park, the list goes on and on and ON!!! I ABSOLUTELY recommend this hotel!!!"

Room was very small and looked tired looking (peeling wallpaper etc), but bed was big and comfy which is all we really needed.
