"Absolutely lovely stay. Able to check in early, I think as VIP. Room so lovely and comfy. Great views of the park. Gym moved into bigger area and all worked great. Environmentally friendly hotel, refillable bottles for water. No plastic in sight. My second time at this hotel. Highly recommend "

"My husband and I stayed at the Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square in November 2024 for my birthday. I have family in Queens, but I wanted the Times Square experience and something different for a change—and we’re so glad we did! I loved being in the city, with everything so close and walkable. Grand Central was just a short walk away, so we ditched the car and took the train to Queens every time. Our room was on the 49th floor, with an amazing view of the ball drop. It was so cool to just lay in bed and see the ball right outside our window—our floor was even higher than it! Such a fun and unique experience. I definitely recommend staying here!"

"Always love to stay at the Lotte. Top notch all the way. The only complaint this trip was the older man at the concierge desk was rude when we were trying to pick up our stored luggage. One member of our group was sick and I was trying to ask if the concierge workers could possibly deliver our luggage to the room & the man basically yelled at me & told me to "Wait!" in front of several other guests. The other man working at the concierge desk apologized for him and said he was just a little overwhelmed. I understand it happens sometimes, but the rude employee never apologized or even acknowledged me again while I waited, like he told me to do. The other worker helped get our luggage to the room. Other than that isolated incident, the service and experience were great, as usual. "
