It's very minimalist and if I was planning to spend more time in my room, I'd go elsewhere, but exactly what I need when I'm in the city to see shows and check out some exhibitions. Always clean and my room is always ready when I arrive (which has not been my experience at other NYC hotels). "

"The room was surprisingly large for NYC. Everything was very clean. The rooftop bar was closed since it's winter, but we could still access the rooftop terrace and the view of the Empire State building was amazing. The location is very convenient. The street outside was a little noisy but that's to be expected for NYC. Overall great stay and I highly recommend this hotel!"

The room was clean and I was impressed of the space size the room had to offer. We had an accessible two queen bed room and the shower was perfect for my needs. "Perfect for my needs during business trip. Occupants of bunk bed rooms across the hall were noisy and hung out in the hallways, but we’re not heard when they had the courtesy to go inside their rooms. At check in, desk agents were unfriendly. But check-out agent was wonderful. Left an item behind, and it was easy to pick it up. This is the neighborhood I lived in for 18 years, and this is the first hotel that felt like home. I have three other stays booked here now."

"I booked a studio suite at the Radisson Wall Street. I chose this hotel because it is located near the Staten Island Ferry and wanted to walk there the next morning at 5:00 am to take the ferry to the NYC Marathon. When I arrived at the Radisson the front desk told me that my booking was transferred to the Holiday Inn Lower East Side approximately 5 trains stops away.
