"This is a great old hotel. The amenities are up to date though, and the rooms are very comfortable. Unfortunately, our heat wasn’t working. We reported that in the morning as we were checking out and they immediately gave us rewards points as a consolation, and said they would address it right away. We had drinks in the bar area and, while expensive (it is NYC, after all), they were great and service was wonderful. This hotel is also perfectly located for enjoying Broadway and the theaters....
