"Fantastic location "

"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "

"Nice hotel, in the middle of all the action. Great location with excellent transport links. On the bad sude think they meed to be more organised with breakfast. It was a bit of a free for all. Would stay again. Staff always went above n beyond"

"It was a nice hotel to stay for a long weekend. The description says the rooms are sound proof but I disagree with this, the traffic noise from outside was really quite loud in our room, it woke us multiple times during our stay. Similarly the description also suggests there is a ‘pillow menu’, not sure what that is, we had a choice of a harder memory foam pillow or a soft one, that was the extent of the menu. "Excellent hotel with a good location to the main sights "

"Enjoyed the size of room for our 6 night stay. Really spacious, able to spread out. Only down side was a lack of storage - my wife had the closet while I spread my clothes over the work desk. Daily room refresh was appreciated"
