Nice and close to Alexanderplatz station, Hop on hop off buses, and easy to walk to the famous sights of Berlin. Its worth paying the extra for a view as you can relax in the evenings just watching the world go by. Breakfast was great, good range of hot and cold food and drinks. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The Park Inn hotel - other countries which I have stayed were good. But not in Berlin. I could not recommend Park Inn hotel Berlin to Entrepreneurs (which’s come for Meetings or Conferences). Facilities are really poor, especially the reception guy was very rude and he even could not find our réservation, as he doesn’t know his duty very well. And we could not even used the toilet in our room, as it was sink with water and paper. So have never seen such a hotel like Park Inn Berlin. Also, the breakfast hall’s smell was super bad. Overall, I could not recommend this hotel to anyone. Choose another hotel.

The hotel is near a lot of public transportation which makes exploring Berlin easy. The hotel itself was quiet and worked great for my solo trip. I would stay here again next time I’m in Berlin.

Our room was not made up after our first night. Some items were not in good repair in our room. Charging a fee to go on the roof top was not appropriate when the space was so small, there weren’t enough chairs and the view was not even 180°.

Whilst the area around the hotel can get busy & rowdy with some sketchy characters, all the rest was great. The hotel itself was fab - very large, lots of options, bar, restaurant, gym, friendly & helpful staff, etc. My room was high up, so was quite & peaceful. Alexanderplatz is also conveniently located near the Museum Island, Nikolai Quarter, Hackescher Markt, and excellent the transport links, with shops and amenities nearby.
