"Nice stay close to the main train station. Lots of restaurants in the area. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Some issues with a leaky toilet in the room but otherwise a great experience "

"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "

"Great value hotel a short walk from a transport hub. Superb location close to all the amenities. Great rooms, loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom. Great toiletries. Superb breakfast and great choice. Great value restaurant open it night if you dont feel like going out. Staff are fabulous"

"Really enjoyed our six nights in the Pullman and they seemed to have taken on board my request for a nice view as our room overlooked the Tiergarten and was on the top floor. Only issue was they absolutely would not book a taxi to airport for us but they were right in saying we would get one outside. They also had our address completely wrong on the invoice and had Ireland down as 'Great Britain'!! I explained that's probably not a great way to impress Paddies like us!! But overall, lovely...

"Great location, close to the train station. Close to everything actually, walkable distance to main attractions. The property itself is clean, quiet, and the staff is courteous and respectful. The breakfast is fully packed with fresh and delicious foods. The big bus stop is with in 2 minutes, (we utilized this to go to all of the attractions)I highly recommend to stay here. "

"Absolutely beautiful hotel, I will definitely stay here again. Location is great if you want to visit the museums or see a show, all with-in walking distance. The hotel spa is perfect to end your day with, especially during the freezing winter months here in Berlin. The sauna was excellent and the Hamam room so beautiful and clean, to relax in. "
