"Concierge didn't speak English so checking in was difficult. We had to go back to reception next morning. Lighting in one hallway wasn't working and there was no natural light. "This property was amazing! It’s a hidden gem. The little things they do are top notch. They had 2 duvets on the bed so each had your own. They had face clothes. The room was totally decorated and spotless. The cleaned daily. The had homemade cookies at the reception desk that were so good. We dropped out bags early and they moved our bags to our room.
