"The Novotel hotel is conveniently placed for public transport as well as within walking distance of shops! The staff were friendly and helpful! Disappointed that no restaurant services on a Sunday! House keeping could be a bit better - used mugs not washed, desktop not wiped down and bathroom still had evidence of previous use! Overall though Novotel is a good hotel!"

"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "
