"The Novotel hotel is conveniently placed for public transport as well as within walking distance of shops! The staff were friendly and helpful! Disappointed that no restaurant services on a Sunday! House keeping could be a bit better - used mugs not washed, desktop not wiped down and bathroom still had evidence of previous use! Overall though Novotel is a good hotel!"

"We chose the hotel because it’s located just a few minutes drive from the Neuschwanstein Castle which was very convenient. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff was very polite and friendly. Outside parking is free and easy. We would go ahead! "

"We were so impressed with the staff's helpfulness, friendliness and accommodating attitude - we actually wished we had booked a longer stay. Then there is the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel that was outstanding, plus the loads of amenities we didn't even get to sample due to our enjoying the slopes in Garmish so much. And we also revelled in the Amazing food + beer and wine. All in all, we felt like royalty staying at our winter palace :)"

"Great hotel with excellent staff, Penelope checked us in and she was wonderful. The room was very nice and we had a great view of the living tree. The hotel is close to the Berlin TV Tower, Museum Island and lots of restaurants. There is also a very nice laundromat about a 10 min walk. Next visit to Berlin we will definitely stay here again. "
