"Really lovely stay here. I'm very picky about beds and especially pillows and I was pleasantly surprised with their selection. Yes the double bed is 2 mattresses joined together but I'm used to a big bed at home and this means collectively the bed is much bigger than a double. I slept really well, which is unusual for me! "Close to central station and S-bahn to airport (S1 or S8) & efficient check-in after midnight. Check out by midday with baggage hold provided while sightseeing. Breakfast until 10.30 with fully stocked food items and plenty of tables. Comfortable beds. Sliding coloured glass doors between bedroom/bathroom were a bit noisy. Overall good price for facilities & friendly staff. "

"Like all Intercity hotels, the Berlin hotel is only a few yards from the main station, which means it's a great hub for exploring Berlin. The fact that all Intercity hotels offer a ticket for free public travel on trains, buses and trams can't be understated - we used ours every day, including on the train back to the airport. A big shame that there's no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room or extra bedding. Adding these would make a really good hotel experience a great one. Our room...

"The hotel staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. The location was great as it is only 8-10 min walking distance to the subway stations and train stations. The breakfast was delicious. The only thing the hotel could improve on is to provide water on a daily basis rather than only for the first day,. "
