Beautiful view from my room on the top floor. The room had everything I needed and was quiet and comfortable. The fitness center was clean and also had a nice view of the area! It was very easy to access public transportation. The area around the hotel was nice to walk with a park and lots of restaurants.

Big clean and comfortable hotel. I loved the nice big windows in my room (719) and that I could open one of them to let in fresh air. Staff were pleasant and helpful, breakfast was good. The only thing I missed was a restaurant that was open for lunch — there didn’t seem to be anywhere in the hotel to eat lunch. But no worries, you can find many restaurants within 5 - 10 minutes walk.

Everything was very good and loved it, besides the parking 30 euro for 24 hours… and the coupon they gave me didnt work so i had to pay 30 euro for every 24 hours. It was extremely difficult going out of the parking, i have a big car and my wheels got screwed… other than that it was very good. Would love to come again but the 30 euro parking i dont think ill be back again

We were entirely satisfied with our stay. The hotel is perfectly located at Dammtor train station. Staff was super-friendly, rooms were as expected, and we liked both, the hotel bar in the lobby as well as the 26th-floor rooftop bar. Breakfast area tended to overcrowded at peak times between 9 and 10 a.m.; however, we were early enough to beat the crowd.

Good hotel with an exceptional view over Hamburg. Have been here several times. Room size is great. Very nice beds and aircon. The shower is dated and below standard as you stand in an old and narrow bath tub. Overall a great room. The gym is small but clean and functional. The only drawback is the hotel breakfast, which is not very good. Low standard yoghurt and dairy products, powder scrambled eggs and dry white factory bread rolls. Not up to par with the rest of the hotel facilities.

A truly lovely hotel. Everything was clean and tidy, and the service was just that little bit better. Both at the reception upon arrival, in the restaurant, in the bar, and especially at the rooftop bar on the 26th floor. Definitely a hotel I will use again.

Decent hotel

The hotel itself is decent, very congress and conference like in the setup. The breakfast was basic. Unfortunately the staff at the breakfast was a bit unfriendly when we asked for a high chair, but she could have had a bad day or new on the job as she seemed very stress from seating customers waiting to enter the breakfast area.
