The area outside the hotel is rather seedy but handy to be near the main station to travel to other parts of the city We didn't eat locally and mostly went of an evening to the Marienplatz area. "We spent two nights at the Park Inn. We had a room for three people, and the pullout couch worked very well. Location is fantastic and so convenient for the trains, any other public transportation, and is walkable to almost anything. Breakfast in the morning was extremely good. Would stay here again. "
