Fantastic hotel in the perfect location. Staff are super friendly and the hotel and rooms are clean spacious and quiet. There’s a safe in the rooms. We had access to the business lounge which was also a great addition. Continently located near restaurants shops and attractions. Highly recommend

Okay I am editing. There is no profanity; there is no mention of specific rates or personal info. There is no need for any further editing of this response. I had a bad experience with Expedia and with this hotel with my reservation. I booked through Expedia and when I did so I made a mistake and booked an extra day because of my flight being overnight. I tried to change it twenty minutes later and make the correction. Neither the hotel or expedia would credit me for the night I was not there. I emailed and called them both. They both blamed the other party. When I got to the hotel they also told me at check in that free breakfast was included. When i went to get breakfast the next day they said it was not included. I complained again about the extra day's charge and the gave me one free breakfast at the front desk.......that was it. So I am not happy with this hotel and with Expedia for the lack of flexibility when a simple typo cost me a full night's charge for a night I was not there.

This is an excellent hotel for anyone wanting to visit Berlin and not needing to spend a lot of time in the hotel. It’s clean, comfortable and conveniently near areas of transport and sights. Very walkable area and the staff is lovely. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and also great. I would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Berlin.
